Sales Coordinator

Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for sales department such as preparing quotation, tenders, sales agreement/ orders, sales report and etc.
Handle sales processing activities and documentation, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to respective sales manager and personnel.
Responsible for PO and PR checking and approval.
Understanding and filtering webpage enquires such as customer need and requirements before forwarding to direct sales team to follow up.
Responding to and handling of complaints and queries from customers in a courteous, enthusiastic manner and provide after-sales support when requested.
Monitoring of all sales team’s productivity status, scheduling or appointments and inform management of any shortcomings.
Liaise with related departments for the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Preparation of business correspondence eg. letters, email, minutes of meeting.
Assist Sales Manager for scheduling and events coordination, meeting and follow up.
